The BlendFit Method

My signature class gives you and your body a bit of everything! You will begin with some high energy, cardio, boxing inspired movement; blending neatly into some barre work to tone and define the entire body and followed by some strength Pilates to work on your core strength and stability. You will end with a stretch cool down and my work will be done. 

 

Suggested Equipment

  • Bare feet or trainers as you prefer

  • Chair/barre (ideally between waist and hip height)

  • Mat

  • Weighted gloves or lowest weight hand weights (1kilo max)

BlendBegin

A low impact class designed for those who are just starting out with exercise or who are coming back to exercise after a while away.

Equally if you’ve been poorly, possibly recovering from a virus (!) and are looking for a lower impact workout that’s going to get you moving again.

I’ve created a BlendBegin class which is just 30 minutes long with a much slower pace than my other classes yet you will still get a great and effective workout. It is also suitable for pre and post-natal or if you are recovering from injury.

BlendBox

A full-on cardio burn class that blends boxing techniques with dance and Pilates. It’s a fun, fast and furious class that will burn calories and get the endorphins soaring. Expect to get sweaty, build strength and push your endurance levels through the roof. 

FLEX
After this endorphin fuelled 45 minutes, I will lead you through 15 minutes of stretching that will mobilise the body and joints, work on your flexibility and cool you down, leaving you feeling longer, leaner and ready for the day!

  • Trainers

  • Weighted gloves or lowest weight hand weights (1kilo max)

A toning, strengthening and energetic class that blends ballet style moves with Pilates, strength and cardio bursts into a fun, full body workout. You will see your body become toned and defined and will feel generally stronger throughout your entire body.

 

Suggested Equipment

  • Bare feet 

  • Chair/barre (ideally between waist and hip height)

  • Mat

BlendBreathe

BlendCore + Breathe is 45 minutes of amazing Pilates strength work where we’ll be focussing on the mainstay of our bodies, our core, and building strength and power from within.  it will soon be THE weekly class your body thanks you for!

BlendMove

This class is all about using the fundamentals of Pilates whilst incorporating flexibility, mobilisation and body weight strength training.  We will work on stretching out all areas of the body and work with functional movement and flow creating a beautiful yet strong session. Lot’s of flow, lots of fun and lot’s of small equipment to play with. 

I know that you’ll love it…your body certainly will. Let’s move!

BlendStrong

BlendStrong combines the principals of Pilates with some serious strength training moves. The class is designed to get you strong and toned from the inside out. Each week the class will be slightly different and we will use our body weight as well as small equipment. I have included a suggested equipment list that you should have available to use each week, however if you do not have the equipment, please do not worry; you can still take part in the class. I will give options and modifications so you are able to go at whatever level you are currently at.

Suggested Equipment

  • Weights: 1.5kg/2kg/3kg/5kg/10kg I will use a selection of these. You do not need to buy them all! Just aim to have one lighter set and one heavier set.

  • Bands: Small loop bands – any resistance level appropriate
