Nestled in the heart of the Peak District in Derbyshire, we will be staying in a stunning barn conversion fully equipped with a log burning hot tub and our own pizza oven!

The days will be filled with walking, getting outside and into nature, a raft building activity day as well as a range of classes being offered throughout the stay. 

​

We will have a breathe work and meditation session/sound bath and leave feeling re energised, blissfully relaxed and like you have really filled your cup. 

​

It should feel like you’ve come away and had the biggest hug of your life!

The walks will be of varying levels, some easy and some more challenging; the same goes with the classes – this means that you can take from this time away what you really need.

Food and drinks will be provided throughout.

I will need to ask for a £195 deposit (non refundable) on booking and then you have a choice to either pay the remainder in full 3 weeks before we go, or you can pay in 4 instalments split across the next 9 months.
